Refunds & Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons (e.g., digital products, gift cards, or personalized items).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will provide instructions and a return authorization.

Ship the item back to the address provided in our instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Exchanges are processed as returns + new purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at quorifyllc@gmail.com.

Include photos of the damage or defect and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days, first check your bank or credit card account.
