Refunds & Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons (e.g., digital products, gift cards, or personalized items).


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at quorifyllc@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product(s) to return

    • Reason for return

  2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in our instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Exchanges are processed as returns + new purchase.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at quorifyllc@gmail.com.

  • Include photos of the damage or defect and your order number.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days, first check your bank or credit card account.

  • Contact your payment provider if necessary.
