We offer various shipping options based on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather, customs, carrier delays).

International Shipping

Delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on the country and customs processing.

3. Order Tracking

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Quorify LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at quorifyllc@gmail.com so we can attempt to update it before shipment.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

After contacting the carrier, email us with details so we can assist if possible.

7. Pre-Orders & Backorders
For pre-order or backorder items:

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise noted.
8. Delivery Issues
If your tracking number shows delivered but you have not received the package:
